I'm surprised the blood smear/ drops turned into a complete picture like that, as I was almost done applying the blood I saw the picture in it and made a few feather shapes at the top for her headdress. I like her.

I don't know why there are suddenly 5000+ views on this in one day, I'm sure it's been featured on some snark community but I really don't give a fuck which one.
I'm already been informed of how YUCKY, UNSAFE, Etc... some of you find the idea of painting with menstrual blood. That isn't going to stop me from doing what I want to do, and what I want to do is hurting NO ONE.
Anyone who wants to troll me is going to get blocked, and if they decide they have nothing better to do with their time and continue to harass me I'll report them. Otherwise, shit, just leave me alone and don't look at my drawings if you don't like them. Go bother someone who is hurting others, or who is being an asshole. I'm not bothering you, and I'm not out there posting my art all over trying to get a rise out of people. I'm just posting on my own DeviantArt journal. Fuck.

And I am thankful for the fact that out of however many thousand views there were, only a few people couldn't resist letting me know how gross my art is to them. Personally I find some of my drawings to be kind of gross, but it isn't any of the ones done in blood, it has more to do with the subject matter rather than the medium.
And I finally got my hands on some syringes, so my next blood art may be non-menstrual anyway. So perhaps all the haters wouldn't find that to be as unbearably disgusting as blood that came out of the unspeakably awful, dirty hole that is the vagina. Gotta avoid the vagina, people. If you're a male, well, you certainly wouldn't want to be near one. Even if it isn't bleeding at that time, they are to be avoided, seeing as how blood came out of it at one point & will again. Why, it's just lurking up there, waiting for the right time to come out. Icky.
And if you're a gal, like me, well. You're just fucked. I guess all we can do is kill ourselves or something. How can we go on living with our rancid, unclean bodies? We can't. That's all there is to it.

I just have to say this- the more I think about it, the more it bothers me that I have nearly 300 pictures posted and people just want to fixate on what they think is yucky. I put a lot of work into some of my drawings and some of them have nice little stories to go with them, and all a lot of people seem to care about is this one, which isn't even a favorite drawing of mine in my blood art folder although I like the way I got some finer lines than usual, and I like how the ink matched the blood. And I keep thinking I should delete this. >
I shouldn't be online now because I'm in a cranky mood and have cramps. AND YES, I POSTED ANOTHER PIECE OF BLOOD ART TODAY, I'm not going to stop just because some stranger online doesn't like it.
